Machine Servicing Pricing
Customers who purchased their machines from Bee’s Quilt Shop:
- $129.00 for non-embroidery machine COA
- $149.00 for large embroidery machine COA
- $149.00 for Sergers
Customers who purchased their machines elsewhere:
- $179.00 for non-embroidery machine COA
- $199.00 for large embroidery machine COA
- $199.00 for Sergers
COA (Clean, Oil and Adjust) requires the tech to remove machine covers, blow out dust and deep clean the machine, thoroughly oil and re-grease it, adjust any settings needed, check for Bernina updates, calibrate the machine, and perform a sew-in or stitch-out.
Diagnostic Fee
All customers will be charged a $35.00 diagnostic fee when they drop off their machine for service or repair. If the machine needs a COA only, the $35.00 fee will be credited back at pickup. If your machine needs repair, the $35.00 fee covers diagnosing the issue; repairs are $75.00 per hour, in addition to the COA fee.
